MLA from the mountains to the prairies |
The mission of the Montana Library Association is to develop, promote, and improve library and information services and the profession of librarianship in order to enhance learning and ensure access to information for all.
The Montana Library Association holds that the freedom to read is a human right, protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. We believe that individuals have the right to free inquiry and the equally important right to form their own opinions.
The Montana Library Association, and our members, will continue to support and defend the right to read.
Please consider a donation to MLA to aid in our ongoing commitment to these principles.
