Thank you for your interest in registering as a vendor for the MLA 2023 Conference April 12-15 in Billings, Montana. Pre-conference workshops for a limited number of attendees will take place April 12. The full schedule of conference events begins April 13 at 8:30am. The conference site is the Double Tree by Hilton, 27 N 27th Street, Billings, MT 59101.

Event Details for Vendors
Vendors can load-in Wednesday 4/12 between 5pm and 8pm. Load-in / set-up can resume Thursday 4/13 at 7am, but should be complete by 8:30am.
Vendors can tear down between 4pm and 6pm on Friday 4/14, but must be finished by 6pm when a cocktail reception will be held in the vendor area. Tear down / load-out can resume (or begin) at 7:30pm if not completed by 6pm.
Note: Two conference sessions are scheduled Saturday morning 4/15, and vendors are welcome to remain on Saturday if desired. All vendor load-out must be complete by Saturday 4/15 at 1pm.
Conference Hotel Registration Information
The Conference will take place at the Double Tree by Hilton in downtown Billings. Rooms can be booked at the conference room rate of $139/night by clicking here.
Reservations can also be made by calling the hotel at (406)252-7400, pressing 4 to speak with the front desk, and booking with "MLA" as the conference code.
Conference Refund Policy
The Conference Planning Committee may approve requests for refunds due to cancellation up until 14 days (March 29, 2023) prior to the first day of the conference. Requests for refunds should be directed to the Conference Planning Committee.
